If you already have a routine you like — from your coach, a book, a YouTube video, your own notes — you can paste it into Mighty Nimble and use it as a starting point.

How it works

Just paste or type out the routine in the prompt:

"Here's my warm-up I want every day: 5 min light cardio, then leg swings, hip circles, arm circles, scapular push-ups, cat-cow, then bodyweight squats. Build that as a routine."

The AI will structure it into exercises with proper sets, reps, and timing — matching what you described.

Why this is powerful

  • Preserves what's working. If your trainer gave you a specific sequence, you keep it.

  • Adds polish. Mighty Nimble generates illustrations, timers, and audio cues — turning a text plan into an interactive routine.

  • Shareable. Once it's a Mighty Nimble routine, you can share it via a web link.

Then iterate

Once the routine exists, edit it like any other:

  • "Add a cool-down at the end"

  • "Swap the burpees for mountain climbers"

  • "Make each exercise 30 seconds instead of 45"

Good for building a template library

Generate your favorite canonical routines (warm-up, mobility flow, sport-specific prep) and save them in a folder. Now you have instant-access routines with full timer and illustration support, built from your own preferences.
