Mighty Nimble stores the minimum data needed to do its job. Here's what that is and why we need it.

Profile data

  • Age, gender, height, weight, fitness level, goals, health conditions, and your free-form notes

  • Why: So the AI can generate routines that fit you

Routine content and history

  • Every routine you've created, including the prompt you used and edits you made

  • Completion logs when you finish a workout

  • Why: So the AI gets better at tailoring routines over time (especially on Plus, which uses your history as context), and so you have your own workout record

Voice prompts (transient)

  • Audio is transcribed and then discarded. The transcribed text becomes part of your routine's prompt history; the audio itself is not kept.

  • Why: Transcription is part of how voice input works β€” it's not something we can do without.

Authentication

  • A user ID we get from Apple Sign-In

  • Optionally your name and email (you control what Apple shares)

  • Why: To identify your account across sessions

Device tokens

  • A push notification identifier tied to your iPhone

  • Why: So we can send you a push when your routine is ready

Usage analytics

  • Anonymized / pseudonymous product analytics (what screens you visit, which buttons you tap)

  • Not tied to your real identity

  • Why: To understand which features are used and where to improve

Subscription status

  • Whether you're Plus or Free, and when your subscription renews or ends

  • Why: To apply the right limits

What we don't collect

  • We don't track your location

  • We don't access your contacts, photos, or other apps' data

  • We don't sell your data to advertisers
