Do I need the app to view a shared routine?

Shared routines open in any web browser. No account, no sign-up, no app install.

What you see on the web

  • Full routine: title, description, every exercise with illustrations

  • Sets, reps, rest periods, equipment

  • AI-generated insights about why those exercises

  • A link to install Mighty Nimble if you want the full app experience

What you can't do on the web

  • Play the routine with live timers and cues. Playback happens in the app.

  • Edit the routine. Edits are tied to your account.

  • Save it to your own library. You'd need the app and an account for that.

Basically: the web is read-only. Install the app to do anything interactive.

Privacy for the recipient

A recipient who opens a share link:

  • Isn't tracked personally

  • Doesn't create an account

  • Isn't asked for any info

  • Isn't sent any marketing

The page just loads. If they later decide to try Mighty Nimble, they can tap Open in Mighty Nimble — that's the only nudge.

Privacy for the creator

When you publish a routine to get a share link, your personal info (name, email, Apple ID) is not included in the public page. Only the routine content itself.

See Sharing a routine with someone for how to create a share link.
