If Mighty Nimble is stuck showing a loading state, unresponsive, or a routine generation looks frozen, try the following in order.
1. Pull to refresh
On the routines list, swipe down. This forces a fresh fetch from the server and often unsticks the view.
2. Background and reopen the app
Swipe up on Mighty Nimble from the app switcher to dismiss it, then tap the icon to reopen. The app re-establishes its connections on launch.
3. Check your internet
Open Safari and try to load a web page. If that's slow or fails, it's a connection issue, not a Mighty Nimble issue.
4. Toggle airplane mode on and off
This resets iPhone's network stack and sometimes clears flaky cellular or Wi-Fi states.
5. Check if iOS needs a minute
Occasionally iOS itself gets into a weird state. A full restart of the iPhone resolves a surprising amount.
6. Force-quit and relaunch (again)
If the loading state persists after everything above, force-quit Mighty Nimble one more time. Sometimes a relaunch after a network recovery period clears things.
7. Reinstall as last resort
Delete the app and reinstall from the App Store. Sign back in with the same Apple ID — your routines will re-download.

Contact support with details — when it happens, what you were doing, what iOS version you're on. Repeat stuck-loading issues are something we want to know about and chase down server-side.
