A routine didn't appear after I created it

What to try when a generation is missing, stuck, or slow to show up.

If you kicked off a routine and it's not showing up, it's almost always a connectivity issue between your app and our servers. Try these in order.

1. Wait 30–60 seconds

Plus-tier routines take ~30–40 seconds to fully generate. Give it a moment.

2. Pull down to refresh

On the routines list, swipe down to refresh. This asks the server for the latest state — often the routine was actually created and just didn't push through the live connection.

3. Background and reopen the app

Swipe up to background Mighty Nimble, then reopen. The app re-establishes its connection and syncs.

4. Check your internet

A routine needs an internet connection to generate. If Wi-Fi or cellular is spotty, the request may have failed silently. Once you're back online, it may appear — or you may need to re-submit.

5. Check if it's actually there, just hidden

Make sure you're looking in the right folder. If you generated from a different folder, the routine is in that one. Folders are the primary organization unit.

6. Still missing after all that

Re-submit the prompt. The original attempt didn't go through and won't come back. Your daily generation count isn't affected by failed attempts.

7. Contact support

If routines consistently fail to appear, contact us via Settings → Help & Support. Include the time you tried and the prompt you used — this helps us trace the issue server-side.

Behind the scenes

Routine generation has a few steps: upload → AI processing → content streaming → image generation. If any of those is interrupted by a network blip, the routine can get stuck. We keep improving this — reliability is a top priority.
