"Your request couldn't be processed due to content guidelines. Try rephrasing your prompt."

This is an AI safety filter triggering. It's not something we control directly β€” automated moderation on the AI provider's side sometimes catches exercise language even when the exercise itself is totally normal.

Common triggers

  • Anatomical terms ("pelvis," "groin," "glutes" can sometimes catch)

  • Medical-sounding phrasing ("my injury," "my pain" can trip it, though usually not)

  • Some yoga pose names (e.g., "happy baby")

  • Anything that sounds like it could be adult content out of context, even when it's fitness

How to rephrase

  • Replace anatomical terms with movement terms: "hip opener" instead of "pelvis stretch"; "lower-body strengthening" instead of "glute work"

  • Keep it movement-focused: "my lower back is tight" is better than "I injured my back"

  • Skip the condition, describe the action: "something gentle and restorative" instead of "I'm in pain"

It's rarely something you said wrong

Most of the time, a generic-sounding prompt can trigger the filter due to internal AI context. Just try a slightly different phrasing β€” the same idea in different words usually works.
