Where your data is stored

On your device, on our servers, and with the partners we use.

Mighty Nimble keeps your data in three places.

On your device

  • Your routines, folders, profile, and workout history are cached locally in the app

  • Cached exercise images

  • This is what lets the app be fast and work briefly offline

  • Clearing the app (signing out or uninstalling) wipes this local copy

On our servers

  • Full record of your routines, folders, profile, settings, and completed workouts

  • Linked to an ID we get from Apple Sign-In — we never see your Apple ID password

  • Located in AWS (US region)

With partners we use

  • Apple — authentication, push notifications, payment processing

  • OpenAI — processes your routine prompts to generate the routine content

  • RevenueCat — manages subscription status

  • Intercom — support chat conversations (only if you contact support)

  • PostHog — anonymized product analytics (pseudonymous; helps us understand what features are used)

  • Resend — sends transactional emails (welcome, onboarding)

We pick partners who have reasonable privacy practices and only send them the minimum data needed for their role.
