Mighty Nimble keeps your data in three places.
On your device
Your routines, folders, profile, and workout history are cached locally in the app
Cached exercise images
This is what lets the app be fast and work briefly offline
Clearing the app (signing out or uninstalling) wipes this local copy
On our servers
Full record of your routines, folders, profile, settings, and completed workouts
Linked to an ID we get from Apple Sign-In — we never see your Apple ID password
Located in AWS (US region)
With partners we use
Apple — authentication, push notifications, payment processing
OpenAI — processes your routine prompts to generate the routine content
RevenueCat — manages subscription status
Intercom — support chat conversations (only if you contact support)
PostHog — anonymized product analytics (pseudonymous; helps us understand what features are used)
Resend — sends transactional emails (welcome, onboarding)
We pick partners who have reasonable privacy practices and only send them the minimum data needed for their role.
