Settings → Sign Out. You'll see a confirmation, then the app signs you out and returns to the welcome screen.

Signing back in
Tap Sign in with Apple on the welcome screen. Use the same Apple ID. Your routines and folders re-download — everything comes back.
If you use a different Apple ID when signing in
You'll get a different account — a fresh start. Your original account's data is still intact, tied to the original Apple ID.
Sharing an iPhone
If multiple people use the same iPhone with different Apple IDs, sign out between sessions so each person's routines stay separate.
Signing out doesn't cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store — signing out of Mighty Nimble doesn't stop billing. To cancel, see Managing your subscription.
