Your profile shapes every routine the AI generates. Edit it whenever your situation changes.

Where to find it

Settings → Profile Configuration.

You'll see the same fields as during onboarding: gender, age, height, weight, fitness level, goals, health conditions, and the in-depth details free-form field.

Changes save per field

No "Done" button — each field saves as you edit. Close the screen and the changes are in.

When to edit

  • You've leveled up your fitness — bump fitness level

  • You got injured — add the condition; remove it when you recover

  • You're training for something specific — update goals or add context in the in-depth field

  • You moved and your equipment changed — mention it in the in-depth field

What about folder-specific overrides?

If you've set up folder overrides, they take precedence over your main profile for that folder. See Folder configuration overrides. Editing your main profile doesn't override the overrides — only fields that aren't overridden at the folder level will pick up your new profile values.

Retroactively?

Existing routines don't get re-generated when you change your profile. Only new routines reflect the update.
