The first 24 hours are unlimited
New accounts get unlimited generations for their first 24 hours regardless of tier — a free exploration window to find your rhythm. After that, normal limits apply.
Which tier is right for you?
Casual use (one or two sessions a day): Free is usually enough
Daily trainer use, multi-person use, or lots of experimentation: Plus
Health conditions or very specific constraints: Plus — the extended-thinking model handles nuanced prompts better
