The new-user exploration window and how to make the most of it.

For the first 24 hours after you sign up, you can generate unlimited routines regardless of tier. This is a no-strings exploration window β€” try things.

What to use it for

  • Try different disciplines. Generate a yoga routine, a strength routine, a mobility session, a warm-up for a specific sport β€” see what the app does with each.

  • Stress-test your profile. Edit your health conditions or goals, re-generate, see how the output changes.

  • Build a starter set. Generate the 3–5 routines you'd actually want to use day-to-day and save them in a folder.

  • Experiment with prompts. See which phrasings produce the results you like.

Where you can see how much time you have left

The daily limit counter updates when your 24-hour window ends β€” you'll start to see "X of 3 remaining today" (Free) or "X of 20 remaining today" (Plus). Until then, the counter just shows the unlimited indicator.

After the 24 hours
