Someone sent you a Mighty Nimble link β€” here's how to actually use it.

If you have the app installed

Tap the link. iOS opens the Mighty Nimble app and shows an Import Routine sheet with:

  • The routine's title, description, and exercise preview

  • A folder selector (pick where you want the imported copy)

  • An Add to My Routines button

Tap Add to My Routines. A copy is created in your chosen folder, with its own images and everything. You can then play it, edit it, or re-share it.

If you don't have the app

Tap the link and the web page loads. Tap Open in Mighty Nimble β€” you'll be sent to the App Store. Install the app, open it, and the import will be waiting.

The import is your copy

Once imported, the routine is yours to edit. The original creator doesn't see your edits and doesn't know you imported it.

You can't import your own routine

Mighty Nimble blocks this β€” if you tap a link you published yourself, you'll see a message that it's already in your account. Same if you try to import a routine you've already imported before.

Importing to a specific folder

When the import sheet appears, tap the folder selector and pick the folder you want. Free users only have the default folder; Plus users pick from all of theirs. See Folder limits on Free vs. Plus.
