Mighty Nimble can log completed workouts to Apple Health so they show up alongside other activity data.
Granting permission
The first time you finish a workout, iOS asks whether you want to allow Mighty Nimble to write to Apple Health. Tap Allow.
If you dismissed that prompt, you can grant permission later via iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Mighty Nimble.
What gets logged
Workout type (general exercise)
Start and end time
Active duration
Apple Health uses this to contribute to your Activity rings and other aggregated stats.
What doesn't get logged
Individual exercises and reps (Apple Health doesn't store that level of detail per workout)
Heart rate (Mighty Nimble doesn't measure it)
Calories (we don't estimate them — other Apple Health sources are more accurate)
Turning it off
Revoke permission in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Mighty Nimble. Mighty Nimble won't be able to write new workouts, but existing logs stay.
Third-party integrations
If you use a Garmin, WHOOP, or similar device that also writes to Apple Health, Apple Health merges the sources. Mighty Nimble only adds its own entries — it doesn't read or modify others.
