Folder configuration overrides

Each folder can override your profile — gender, fitness level, equipment, health conditions, goals.

Folders can carry their own profile settings, which replace your defaults when you generate a routine inside them. This is Mighty Nimble's most powerful organization feature.

What can be overridden

Any field from your main profile:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Height / weight

  • Fitness level

  • Goals

  • Health conditions

  • In-depth details (the freeform field)

Each field is toggled on or off independently — override only the things that matter for that context, leave the rest as your default.

Useful override combinations

  • Travel folder: override equipment to bodyweight-only; keep everything else as you.

  • Gym folder: override equipment to full gym; maybe bump fitness level to Advanced for this context.

  • Morning Mobility: override goals to mobility/flexibility; override in-depth details with "15 minutes max, low intensity."

  • Rehab folder: override health conditions to include a specific injury you're working through.

Editing overrides

Open the folder → tap the settings icon → toggle any field to enable its override → set the value. Close to save. Changes apply to new routines generated in that folder.

It all stays local to the folder

Overriding "fitness level: Beginner" in one folder doesn't change your base profile or any other folder. Base profile is the fallback; overrides win where set.
