Mighty Nimble builds personalized exercise routines from a single sentence. Instead of scrolling through templates or filling out long forms, you just describe what you need — by voice or text — and a full routine shows up: warm-up, main work, cool-down, timers, everything.

What you can do

  • Create a routine in one sentence. "20 minutes of upper body with dumbbells." "Morning mobility for tight hips." "Warm-up for climbing." Try it — the shorter the better.

  • Edit by talking. "Swap the burpees for mountain climbers." "Make it ten minutes shorter." "Add more core work." The routine updates.

  • Mix disciplines. Strength, mobility, yoga, rehab, sport-specific — in one routine if you want.

  • Let your body shape the routine. Health conditions, injuries, and limitations are inputs, not exclusions. The routine is designed around them.

  • Organize with folders. Travel, gym, morning, client — each folder can have its own settings.

  • Share with anyone. Send a link. The other person opens it in a browser — no app required.

Who it's for
