Your first routine is one sentence away. Open the app, tap the input bar at the bottom, and describe what you want.

By text

Type what you need. A few examples that work well:

  • "20 minutes of upper body with dumbbells."

  • "Morning mobility for tight hips and lower back."

  • "Warm-up for a climbing session."

  • "Quick bodyweight HIIT, no jumping."

  • "Full-body strength, 45 minutes, medium intensity."

Tap send. The routine starts building — you'll see the title first, then the exercises fill in.

By voice

Tap the mic icon and speak the same way. Voice is great when you want to describe something more nuanced — "my lower back's been tight since yesterday, give me something gentle to loosen it up."

What happens next

  • The routine shows as "Building Routine…" for a few seconds

  • Exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods appear

  • Illustrations load in as they're generated

  • When everything is ready, the badge flips to "Ready"

Tap the routine to open it, then tap Start Routine to play through it with timers and cues.

Don't overthink the first prompt

You can always edit later — say "swap the burpees" or "make it shorter" and the routine updates. Start with something simple.
